Route 66 Holidays

Looking for a Route 66 holiday in 2019 or 2020?

If a holiday for you means a bit of history, exploring small towns and friendly people, a multi-centre holiday driving down Route 66 is highly recommended. The original ‘Main Street of America’, there are hosts of attractions on this ‘Mother Road’. Whether you like historic and informative, or weird and wonderful, most of the sights and attractions on Route 66 are right there. Say hello to the 20-feet tall Gemini Giant in Illinois, stop at The Dixie Truckers Home, get awed by The Chain of Rocks Bridge in Missouri, dig into Ted Drewe’s Frozen Custard, explore Jesse James’ hideout in  the Meramec Caverns, swim at The Blue Whale in Oklahoma, spray paint graffiti on the cars at Stanley Marsh III’s Cadillac ranch in Texas, or stay at the Blue Swallow Motel in Tucumcari, hold on to your seats on the many hairpin turns of the Sit greaves Pass in Arizona and take a stroll at The Santa Monica Pier in California. There are no dull moments on Route 66.
